Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been packaged and accepted by the shipping carrier, the shipment is under the care and control of the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery exceptions, or loss, theft, or damage that occurs while the package is in transit or after delivery has been completed by the carrier.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist by providing shipment details and, where applicable, assisting in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier. Any reimbursement or replacement will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s claims process and applicable Canadian consumer laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting Signature Required and/or Shipping Insurance at checkout, particularly for high-value orders. These optional services provide additional protection by requiring a signature upon delivery and/or covering eligible shipments in the event of loss or damage during transit. If these options are declined, the customer assumes the risk associated with standard delivery once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
