Kwik Goal’s Coaching Sticks are designed to help improve a player’s foot speed, basic ball control skills, reaction time and overall agility. These sticks are secured into the ground using a natural surface only ground peg and can be arranged in a variety of ways dependent upon the specific training drills. The 16B10 Coaching Sticks include a set of 6 coaching sticks and are available in 5 colors including: yellow, red, blue, hi-vis orange and hi-vis green.
